Bret Bucklen is the Chief of Projections and Population Statistics in the Pennsylvania Department of Correction’s Bureau of Planning, Research, Statistics, and Grants. Previously, he was employed in the Pennsylvania Management Associate Program under the Governor’s Office of Administration. Mr. Bucklen received his M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz School of Public Policy and his B.A. in Sociology from Geneva College.
