Mr. Munday is the CEO and owner of Arwood Machine Corporation. Arwood is a precision manufacturing company located in Newburyport, MA. Prior to joining Arwood, he held executive positions at Magellan Aerospace, Palmer Manufacturing and Textron. Prior to his civilian career he served in the United States Army 82nd Airborne division. Michael earned his MBA for Southern New Hampshire University and his CSS from Harvard University Extension School. He has served on Massachusetts’ regional workforce investment boards for the past 15 years, and has been a strong advocate for workforce development and training.
